About this event
● Round 1 (Case Study Analysis & Strategic Deck Submission): Registered teams receive a comprehensive case dossier on a contemporary tech venture navigating growth stagnation, product-market pivot, or ethical AI governance. Teams analyze quantitative/qualitative data and submit a structured 5-page case abstract covering root cause diagnosis, strategic options, feasibility, and 3-year financial impact ● Round 2 (Grand Boardroom Pitch): Top 10 qualifying teams present their strategic blueprint live in a boardroom simulation format. Each team receives 5 minutes of presentation time (maximum 7 slides) and faces 3 minutes of rigorous stress-testing questions from executive judges
