About this event
Bracket Blitz is an exciting team-based technical event where team of 3 to 4 members design, test, and 3D print their models. Participating teams will be provided with design requirements, loading conditions, dimensional constraints, and material specifications. Based on the given specifications and constraints, teams should come up with their own alternative designs to withstand the given load. Teams will then use engineering calculations and FEA to validate their models to check for stress concentration and possible failures in their design to optimize it for better strength with minimal material usage.
